![]() ![]() Is this a common issue with HP Inkjet Printers? He also had me power down, remove power cord for several minutes and then power back up. I called customer service one Saturday morning and the representative had me installing various drivers from different HP printers to try to resolve the issue, but it was not resolved. Additionally, I have printed the same files to a Ricoh Offico printer at my corporate office and there are no alignment problems with any of them. I have tried using Excel, Word, and Adobe Reader to verify that it is not the application nor it's print settings. printing starts one row higher than page 2 printing. When printing duplex (Print on Both Sides - flip over), the pages are not aligned.
